What we Produce
At Emerald Estate Organic Farm, we take pride in creating premium, handcrafted products that reflect the rich flavors and natural resources of St. Lucia.
Our award-winning honey is sustainably harvested from bees that thrive on the abundant tropical flowers of our estate, resulting in a pure, amber sweetness that’s unmatched.
We also craft bean-to-bar, single-origin chocolate using cocoa beans grown exclusively on our organic farm, ensuring the finest quality and a unique taste that’s truly representative of our island.
To complete the experience, our agro-brewery produces local beers brewed with fresh volcanic spring water sourced directly from the estate, creating refreshing and flavorful brews that capture the essence of St. Lucia.

To have the best experience we recommend booking a tour in advance, but you are also more than welcome to drop in and have a beer, check out our farm shop, and meet the team!
Children of all ages are welcome on the estate and to accompany their parents on the tour.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for walking. Our farm has uneven terrain, so sturdy footwear is advised. Don’t forget sunscreen and a hat on sunny days.
